It would be great to see some of these Solar Mowers here in the UK. We have cordless electric mowers but no solar powered mowers.
I will look at the video on how to convert a pertol( gas ) mower to solar.

That’s awesome! Though I do recall seeing an electric mower just like that, without the panel. I wonder if they just add the panel and resell it.

Is this still Tom answering? Regardless, I bought a Sunwhisperer 2 years ago and I am replacing the battery. Unfortunately I cannot remember which wires connect to which anode, do you have a schematic so that I can install this new battery. One other thing, I wrote about the meter not working and to be honest I can’t remember your exact response but I do recall that it was suggested that is was not a big deal. After buying the new battery the person that sold it to me told me how to get the most life out of the battery and it required that I be aware of the amount of “life” in the battery which is designated by the meter. I noticed when I opened up the mower that the wires connecting the meter to the battery were not connected so this time I want to make sure that I reconnect them as well.
Finally, I want to say that we have been very happy with the mower and hope to get it running ASAP because in the meantime I am using the old internal combustion mower. Thanks for your help.
